Return Eligibility

You may request a return if you received a damaged or defective product or if you received the wrong item. Complaints must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible. Change of mind is not accepted due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.

Exchange Policy
